A very nice elderly couple out for a walk near Termofeckin. They stopped to have a chat with Shane and I about the area we where taking photographs.

If you travel on the road from Julianstown to Duleek you will come across a herd of horses. You just cannot resist taking a photo of them as they are in a beautiful field with a stream, gorgeous trees and an old bridge. Today I finally took some infrared shots of said horses. I’m happy with the results.

Would you believe this is new material. I took this today with the freezing fog rolling in which led to a quick retreat to the car.

My first infrared shot with the D700. I found it impossible to get a custom white balance reading on it so left it in auto. It worked to my advantage as the monochrome conversion turned out okay.
